Set your triggers
With our new feature, you can select the events, or triggers, that will automatically generate an email reminder for better equipment tracking, such as:
- Undo Check-out
- Check-out Due
- Check-out Overdue
- Check-out Document Added
Create the reminder email using the prompts provided. Select the event, the date, the details of the message and the recipient, and CHEQROOM’s equipment tracking software will do the rest. It will even add an image of the equipment in question. It’s that easy!
