Everyone loves a good filter. And, as of now, you have been able to filter in CHEQROOM on many different levels. But we kept digging for a better way to filter your data, to make it even easier for you to find anything you need in a matter of seconds.
So now we’re very excited to announce the launch of our brand new advanced filtering system that will, hopefully, blow your socks off!
So how does it work? 🎶
Aha, good question! If you take a quick look at the video below, you will see you are now able to create and remove as many filters as you want, based on any field you have set up in your account.
You can even lock down your filters, so they are always available for all users.
These filter options are not only available for your Item list, but also for Kits, Contacts, Reservations and Check-outs!
Other benefits of our new advanced filter 🙌
- Make certain fields permanent filters for all users. As and Admin, you will be able to decide whether or not certain custom fields should be shown as a filter permanently. These can be sublocations, classes, projects, and more, to make it easier for the whole team to find what they need.
- Default search filters. Not only will every user be able to create his or her own relevant list. If they don’t clear their search filters, the system will remember their preferred filters so next time they log in, they don’t need re-do it from scratch.
- Default search filters when making a booking. Most of the time when you’re looking to find the item you need, you’re already making a Reservation or Check-out. Well, good news for you! When clicking ‘Add Item’ when starting your booking, you’ll be able to set and save your search filters here as well.
