CHEQROOM now supports shareable and public equipment lists. They come in handy if you want to share a specific list of equipment with a freelancer, student, or any other person you don’t want to grant access to your CHEQROOM account.
No need to export unsexy and endless spreadsheets – they’ll be outdated minutes after you do anyway. The shareable equipment list is organized, easy to access and always up to date. Wendy and Jozefien will tell you all about it!
You can create an unlimited number of equipment lists and share them with people who don’t have a CHEQROOM account in two different ways. The first option is to create a stand-alone equipment page, shareable via a link generated by CHEQROOM. The page is customizable to your brand: you can add or delete the header, change colors, etc.
Equipment can be restricted based on categories. You can combine multiple categories or only show specific categories depending on who you’re sharing it with. Additionally, you can choose to communicate your business hours – those are the business hours you set in your CHEQROOM account.
The second way is to embed your equipment list on your own website using HTML code provided by CHEQROOM.
Your page will be more accessible, and you’ll even be able to password protect it if you need to.
The configuration to create the page is the same as for option one. The only difference is that you need to copy the embed code via the dropdown menu.
Copy the embed code and paste it to your website
