From generating employee agreements to reservation checklists: here’s how you can use the PDF generator to your advantage.
Over the last few months, we’ve been covering lots of improvements and interesting features in CHEQROOM. But we feel that there’s one feature that hasn’t been receiving the attention it deserves… Our PDF generator! (Ok, so the title of this post might have given it away… 😀).
Time has come to bring this versatile feature into the limelight and show you all the different ways it can be customized and used to benefit you and your organization.

A brief overview of the PDF generator
CHEQROOM has built in a PDF generator that allows you to attach check-out agreements or waivers to bookings, and even allow your users to sign electronically.
Once generated, it is saved to the booking or the contact’s timeline, so it never gets lost and is available at all times.

1. Reservation Checklist
Our Reservation Checklist can be used as, well, a checklist, but for many different occasions. When adding it to a Reservation, it can, for example, be used by your team member who is in a different location to make sure everything has arrived well. Or why not send it to your warehouse manager as a packing or shipping list?
💡Quick tip: Our PDFs can be saved, printed or automatically sent by mail to the Contact in the Reservation.
2. Reservation, Check-out and Contact Agreements
When you’re dealing with expensive gear and lots of users accessing the account, sometimes you might want to take extra measures in order to have something tangible to fall back on. And we’ve got you covered!
With our three ready-to-use templates for either Reservation, Check-out or Contact agreements, you’ll have all the details of the booking and of the Contact person, with your own Terms & Conditions, readily available for when gear goes missing.
The main perk of this agreement? You can let your users sign electronically on the spot!

3. ATA carnet
And last but not least, and this will come in handy for travelers, is our A.T.A. Carnet, also known as ‘the passport for goods’.

💡Now, just one more tip before we go: when customizing your template, why not add a QR code at the top of the agreement? This will allow you and your team to save even more time by scanning the code, and the booking or contact it belongs to will automatically open. Ta-daa!
