How much does it cost?
Our prices are calculated based on the size of your active inventory and every plan comes with an unlimited amount of users. Questions about pricing or not sure which plan is right for you? Just shoot us a message at hello@cheqroom.com!
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
Nope! You don’t need a credit card to try the full application for free for 15 days, and there are no obligations or restrictions. Once you feel we are the perfect fit for you, you can start your subscription and choose the plan that suits your needs.
How many users can join the account?
As many as you want. Our plans come with an unlimited number. Yes, you heard it right! You can invite who you want, set permissions, and even decide what part of the inventory they’ll have access to.
Are there any installation costs?
Our software is web- or internet-based and therefore doesn’t require any installation. Your account is accessible from any place and at any time.
Do you offer monthly plans?
No. We’ve found that customers who are willing to commit for a full year are a lot more likely to succeed in creating a smooth and effortless equipment management process within their organization. And since this is the ultimate goal, why wouldn’t we try to encourage you to get there as well?
Can I request a custom quote?
Of course, you can request a special quote. Send a message to hello@cheqroom.com and let us know your estimated inventory. We’d be happy to help!
Are there any long-term contracts?
Yup! You can sign up for multiple years and by paying in advance, you even get a discount on the total amount as a thank you for being so committed.
Do you offer unlimited plans?
No. Our pricing is based on the number of items you would like to track in your inventory. All of our plans come with an unlimited amount of users, but we don’t have a plan for an unlimited amount of items. Please drop us a message at hello@cheqroom.com if you need a quote for more than 3000 items and we can set you up with the perfect plan!
What if I want to upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during your subscription. Note that our subscriptions are auto-renewable. To deactivate the automatic renewal you can cancel your subscription anytime up until the last day of your current billing period. We will notify you by mail when your renewal date is coming up.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Since we are located in Europe, make sure your card is open for international payments. Payments through wire transfer are accepted for bi-yearly plans and purchases of $3000 or more.
