Cheqroom saves us 20 hours every week

With 800 items going out each week, San Bernardino Valley College can now effectively track everything, maintain inventory, and keep students updated, all thanks to Cheqroom.

Cheqroom's metadata tracking allows Nicholas Van Leuven, who is a lab technician, to assign equipment to specific locations and users. "Because we have QR codes on every piece of gear, our work is scanning and going now. I can track each item with Cheqroom, so if something comes back damaged, a single scan will show who is accountable."
