MediaMonks decided to go for a professional inventory management system, Cheqroom, to organize the camera gear, have more insights of the usage of their gear and save time and money.
MediaMonks started tracking its assets with a Google Calendar, but as soon as they got more equipment, it got more difficult, and Ronnie realized that they needed something more advanced. With Cheqroom, Ronnie has brought the order to MediaMonk's gear room. No more double bookings or questions like "Who has the gear?".
MediaMonks's equipment is mainly used in-house, but sometimes, it goes out with freelancers. So, with Cheqroom, they can track who has what gear at any given time. Ronnie has built everything into kits so that one kit includes all the items that are used together.
Ronnie is a big fan of Cheqroom's calendar view, which gives him the best idea of what projects are coming up, who needs equipment, and when.
